If you make the first step on losing weight you will see that your body will respond to your mind if you really put yourself to it. Put your mind and body into action and you will se that things are much easier especially once you see results.

Keep Track keeping track of your progress will motivate you to do more and go further on your goal. You will see that each step you are taking is adding up into something big thats good for you. This is a great way to check up on your progress. Make a chart or graph every time you exercise or weigh yourself and post it somewhere you can see all the time.
